High School Traffic Safety Challenge

This campaign has been occurring annually since 1990. This campaign reaches approximately 25,000 high school students, staff members and parents with a friendly competition addressing seatbelt use and general traffic safety concerns.

Annual seatbelt usage rates have increased among teen drivers an average of 13% during the high school traffic safety challenge held each fall. This program must be repeated yearly due to the annual influx of new, teen drivers.
